Planning - Permission For Filming

As our location was on a public footpath route, we didn't need any permission to film there.
Below are our cast and filming permission slips to take part in Media production.This was done before filming to ensure all parents/guardians gave consent to their child taking part and where they were happy with this.Due to both actress being under the age of 18, we had to have full consent from parents/guardians legally and encase any health and safety issues occurred during filming.
