When doing my research on soundtracks Holly and myself decided that the advert '13' , which is promoting a horror theme ride at Thorpe Park, contains the conventional ambient music for a horror genre opening.
This clip contains both the tense and suspense mood we hope to achieve in our opening, as it engages the audience. The dark filter alongside the track helps to emphasize the danger and eeriest.
The child nursery rhyme whispered in a quite tone adds to the atmosphere and enhances the audiences awareness to the supernatural occurrence, which will also be present in our opening.
