Evaluation - Question 5

To show how we engaged the audience, I annotated our final piece, to make it clear and to illustrate specific shots and features we used to enforce it.However as most of our shots are short, I found it fairly difficult to do this, therefore some of the annotations are shown slightly after the shot intended.
A number of elements, such as the location and mise en scene, has been changed and adapted to attract and engage our audience more. Such as using scenery shots in the opening to help the audience establish the location/setting of the film. The pitch and volume of the music also increases throughout the scene, this helps our audience feel tense and have knowledge of the danger approaching. If we were to look at our USP I would say that it would be the structure and quality of the footage used, with clear stable footage. As for the structure, it contains short punchier shots of the scenery, which not only established the location for the audience, but helps build tension whilst watching.

You may need to pause as the annotations appear, as the majority of the shots used were short and therefore hard to place notes over.
