Makeup
The makeup used, is again, very minimal, with a natural palette.We decided to do this because the antagonist's face isn't revealed in the opening scene, therefore there is no need for makeup to be used.
Hair
We wanted the antagonist's hair to appear wind-swept and raw, to link to the conventions of supernatural horror.We did this by back combing her hair and spraying sea salt into it, to help make it look scraggy and messy, as if the character is supernatural and abnormal.
